LG LCD TV not working black screen unprogrammed Closed

HELP! I have an LG LCD 37LF66 that turns on, displays the message "not programmed," and then a black screen. There is no access to the settings menu. What could it be? How can I solve the problem?? Thanks, everyone!

Hello. I decided to call Darty (even though my device wasn't purchased from them). It was just a simple faulty capacitor. Cost of the home intervention: estimate + repair + capacitors: 84 euros including tax. Since then, the TV has been working fine.

well, it's a problem!
no access to the menu via the remote control or directly on the TV
unplug everything on it and the power socket and hold down the power button on the TV for 3 minutes to discharge it
if it’s still the same, there's nothing left to do but to send it for repair because I can't fix it remotely (my arms aren't long enough)

THANK YOU for your advice, but it's still not working. I'm thinking that if the "unprogrammed" message is displayed, all is not lost. The advice from LG's hotline that I received was "unplug the power supply, plug it back in, and if not, go to Darty since the device is 3 years old and is no longer under warranty." Is there a reset to be done? Or is it an electronic component issue? Thanks for any future opinions.
