Windows Store is not working anymore

Hello,
For some time now, Windows Store has not been working and shows me:
"A serious error has occurred
Unknown layout specified in the manifest"
There is nothing else written, no tabs and not even a user button.
I restarted my computer, clicked on it several times, right-clicked but nothing changes. I don't know what I did to it for it to stop working, but one day I clicked on it and it stopped working.

    Execute appears, but when I type 1703 it doesn't work. I tried other numbers and went to the Windows Store, but... I can't find it.

      you need to type winver in the Run window and then click OK.
