Windows won't start - Unknown Hard Error

Hello everyone.
After an update, my PC is not working anymore. It starts up but I get a black screen with no icons except for the recycle bin. And in the bottom bar, a few icons including the Windows one to display the different menus.
The problem is that I have no access to anything. No matter how much I click on them, nothing happens.
When I restart the computer, I get a message saying "sihost.exe - System Warning: Unknown Hard Error".
I also got a message with a Windows error 32.
So I'd like to know what I can do to fix this.
