Hello, I need help because my Thomson Neo14-2.32BS no longer recognizes my password since yesterday after it automatically performed an update during almost an hour at startup. I let the update finish peacefully, and when I wanted to use it once the update was complete, I couldn't enter the password, nor could I use the "I forgot my password" option, which, when clicked, makes me wait for "please wait" for 10 minutes before redirecting me to the same homepage asking me to enter my password, which is repeatedly refused. I would like to point out that my password is my date of birth, so it's hard to forget or even make a mistake after 50 tries.
If someone could enlighten me, I would be really grateful because I've been at it since last night, and I'm about to throw it out the window. Thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 70.0.3538.102

Hi and thank you for your quick response. I have to admit that after losing my patience, I finally managed to get into the BIOS and reset my netbook.
It's a shame about my data, but at least it's working again now, and this time I made sure to follow a tutorial to remove the password requirement on startup, so no more issues.
Thanks again for your response, and all the best to you.
Sincerely, the internet user who was lost this morning.
