My Thomson laptop won't turn on anymore.

Hello, I just bought a Thomson laptop about two weeks ago. Since this morning, I can't turn it on. It might be a battery issue as it has been plugged in for a long time but has never had any problems. No matter how many times I press the power button, neither the light nor the screen turns on. I don't know what it's due to...

    Hello.
    Remove the battery, unplug the power supply, press the "power" button for 20 seconds, then reinsert the battery or the power supply (only one of the two!) and try to start your computer.

      My computer is a Thomson neo-notbook 14.1" and it won't turn on or charge anymore. I don't know what to do (the battery can't be removed). Please help me, it's urgent.
