Hello,
I need your opinion please. Actually, I bought a Samsung UE55K6370SUXF01 TV last year. But one day, the screen became dark in the top corner and then it spread to the entire top of the screen. The TV is still under warranty, but the problem is that I sent it to my family in Africa. So, I can't claim the warranty since the TV is no longer in France. Does anyone have an idea what the cause could be and how to proceed please?

It's the LED backlight that is faulty; there are LED light strips at the back of the screen.
There are several strips, and according to your photo, one or two strips are not working anymore. It's not too serious and can be repaired; the price varies depending on the model.
You can find the parts on eBay; the name of the part is >>
