Blue screen TV

Hello,
I have a Philips TV that turns on, but only a blue screen is displayed. When I press a button, the LED indicates that the signal is received, but there is no movement *except for on/off*. What should I do?
P.S.: The brightness sometimes changes when I press the home button.

I've connected the antenna but still nothing, a blue screen and that red blinking every time I press a button on the remote control

  Well, this is confirmed as mentioned above regarding the LED behavior. I think the power supply has an issue. We should take the television to a repair shop (check for a quote first...).
  
  Otherwise, try this: unplug the power cable for at least 30 minutes, then give it a try...

Try pressing the TV button (if you have it) (or the Source button (Select "TV") (if you have it) or the "Back" button (if you have it) ...

Is the antenna plugged in?

I think it's a hardware issue ...

  Thank you for your response, but I can’t see anything on the screen at all, so even if I press the source button, I don't know which one I’m on. Otherwise, I would have tried to update it with a USB key.

    Is the antenna connected?
    Is the LED red?
    Is the LED blinking?

  No, the aerial is not connected and the LED lights up red when off, then flashes blue on startup and turns off, except for each command when it lights up red.

Thank you for your response. Yes, I will try to unplug the cable because there is a big detail that I forgot to mention, which is that there was a transparent strip on the screen from the start. So I opened the cover to see what was wrong, and that's where I am. I'm trying the cable and I will post the result.

  It is possible that a tablecloth has become unplugged, but be careful of electric shocks (risk of serious or even fatal injuries ...).
  
  The best thing would be to call a professional because normally the capacitors need to be discharged before any intervention ....
