Hello,

I am currently on another computer, but my HP refuses to load web pages, with several error messages:

err_timed_out
or
err_connection_timed_out

I have reset the firewall, the proxy, deleted cookies, etc. but nothing works...
I uninstalled Google Chrome and reinstalled it using a second PC and a USB drive...

Do you have any good advice please?
Thanks in advance!

It could be the modem, even though it works properly on the other computers.
Restart it, or better yet, reset it.

    Hello,

Check if the PC is set to the correct time

It could also come from your antivirus or firewall, especially with Avast
If that's the case, update Avast or uninstall it using its utility

If there's no internet, is there anything unusual with the network card in the Device Manager?

    Hello.
As indicated by pistouri, check the time and especially the date "the year".
