Hello,
I have a problem with a Canon MX922 printer running on Windows 10 Pro 64.
Whenever I send a document to print, I receive the following message: "The printer is performing another operation."
There are no pending print commands, and nothing else happens. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers and the printer three times. Each time, one print command works, and then I get the same message: The printer is performing another operation.
Any helpful suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
The driver installation does not seem to be complete.
Please uninstall it properly and then reinstall it with the latest driver here:
http://www.canon.ca/inetCA/fr/serviceDetail?directLink=Y&mid=6992B003&type=D
Important: unplug it from the PC before reinstalling and only reconnect it after the complete installation followed by a reboot.
