Unable to activate my Free SIM card

Hello,
hello I can't activate my Free SIM ...after completing all the steps (mail)

I am told The current state of your SIM does not require any activation. (-1)

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 54.0

    The impeccable PIN code has been unlocked... I can't verify it on Free, it always tells me "The current status of your SIM does not require any activation. (-1)" Maybe it's my phone that isn't configured properly? Thank you for your response.

      In fact, FREE's message is unclear.

      They should have specified that the activation has been done and that if you opted for number portability (registration with RIO), then your subscription will become effective at the agreed time: FREE will send you an SMS to indicate approximately when the switch will happen.

      In the meantime, your old SIM card remains operational and the new one is not yet functional as long as the portability is not effective.

      If, on the contrary, you did not port your number, then your new SIM card should be operational within minutes following the activation.
