Hello, I subscribed to a Free Mobile plan at €15.90 per month with unlimited everything. I received my SIM card and activated it, but when I put the SIM card in my iPhone, it says no network available, and step three of the Free Mobile management console has been grayed out for over 24 hours after activation. Is this normal? Please help me, I also can't reach the hotline.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 9.0.1

SIM card received 3 days after the order! :)

If it can help:

I logged into my account mobile.free.fr with the credentials received by email when I placed my order.

There, I clicked on "You have received your SIM card - click here" and I entered the SIM identifier number that came with the SIM card (or in the letter).

I placed the SIM card in my phone, I entered the original PIN code of the Free SIM card (1234).

It works, I can call and receive calls ... Unlimited for me :D

Those who have issues, read the instructions carefully and logically everything should work. Do some research as well, the answers are on the Internet or in Free's documentation.

Sometimes (depending on your phone) you need to configure your phone for internet connection (enter the connection info).

Useful info:
APN: free

Those who need to configure their MMS (like Nokia N900)

Select the newly created access point: "Free"
In the MMSC field, put: "http://mms.free.fr"

For others it will be the access point: mmsfree

Just when I thought, mine (a LG KF600) is asking me for network settings such as an IP address. On my FREE MOBILE portal, nothing is indicated in this regard! What should I do?
