Hello,
First of all, please excuse me if I've chosen the wrong forum; I'm not quite sure where I'm posting.
I've encountered a problem with my SIM card recently; it is sometimes not recognized. I have to restart my phone or even rub the chip, but the problem still persists.
I think I have no choice but to go get it replaced, but I would like to know if it's possible to have it changed by a different operator than Free? (The shops are quite far from my home).
Thank you in advance.
Best regards.

Hi

What does it display on your browser? This link works perfectly for me.

Here is the content of the link:

In case of loss or theft of your SIM card, you can request its deactivation and then the sending of a new one to your home, directly from your Subscriber Area (you will have the option to deactivate your SIM card immediately or not).

To do this:

log into your Subscriber Area using your 8-digit ID and its password;
click on the link Lost or stolen SIM? Need to change SIM format? Order a new one. A window Order a new SIM card appears;
For which line do you want the new SIM sent?
Choose the line related to your request from the drop-down menu.
What type of SIM format do you want?
Indicate the format of the SIM card you wish to receive (by default, Classic SIM). Choose Nano SIM if you have an iPhone 5 or later;
Is your current SIM card lost or stolen?
If your SIM card has been lost or stolen, we strongly advise you to request the suspension of your line by selecting Yes in the drop-down menu. If you are ordering a new SIM for another reason, click No;
confirm your request by finally clicking the Validate button.

Your SIM card will be sent to you by postal mail in the coming days. You will need to activate it from your Subscriber Area (section My orders).
The fees for this renewal request amount to €5 and will be added to your next Free bill.
