Free SIM Card + Activation! Solved

Question

Hello,

I received my free card yesterday and I inserted it into my phone but I have no network and the 3rd activation step in the subscription space is still grayed out!!!!!!

to activate the account: dial 1 number from your mobile to another number and the activation of your free account will happen almost immediately and the status of your account will appear very clearly!!!!

I really don't understand how to activate my Free SIM card. They are asking me for a network unlocking code and... help me, plus my landline is acting up!! It cuts out when I'm on the phone with Free, what should I do?
