Bonjour alors voila ca fais depuis que j'ai mon pc que n'importe quand pendant utilisation ou meme quand il tourne et que j'y touche pas il me fais un bluescreen et se rallume donc pour jouer ce n'est pas pratique les codes d'erreur fréquent sont :
KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE
ou encore
BAD_POOL_HEADER

Salut,
Utilise Whocrashed : Telecharger WhoCrashed
=> Tutoriel WhoCrashed
Fais un copier/coller du contenu ici comme indiqué dans le tuto.
puis :
Suis le tutoriel FRST. ( prends le temps de lire attentivement - tout y est bien expliqué ).
Télécharge et lance le scan FRST, 3 rapports FRST seront générés :- FRST.txt
- Shortcut.txt
- Additionnal.txt
Envoie ces 3 rapports sur le site https://pjjoint.malekal.com/ et en retour donne les 3 liens pjjoint qui mènent aux rapports ici dans une nouvelle réponse afin que l'on puisse les consulter.

Installe "Real Temp" ou "Coretemp" pour Monitorer la température de l'ordinateur.
Voir à combien monte la température de l'ordinateur lors de son utilisation. Celle-ci ne doit pas dépasser les 60 degrés Celsius. Si possible joindre au message une capture d'écran du logiciel.
Nettoie les ventilateurs, si tu peux, ça ne fera pas de mal dans tous les cas.
Vérifie l'état de santé de tes barettes de mémoire :
- memtest : vérifier barette de mémoire (malekal.com)
- memtest : vérifier barette de mémoire (CCM)

Fais un checkdisk en ligne de commandes.
- si tu as des périphériques USB branchés, test en les débranchant.
- si ça plante quand tu joues : Réinstalle proprement les pilotes de la carte graphique.
- test en désinstallant Kaspersky

- Les tests ne détecte aucun probleme, j'ai réinstaller les pilotes et ca continue, je n'ai pas le droit de t'envoyer des images car je ne suis pas inscrit mais le logiciel qui donne les temperatures en haut m'inscrit entre 20 et 30 et en bas 50 et 70, tu pense j'ai mal effectuer quelque chose ? Et le probleme était des le debut donc pas kapersky au passage quand j'ai reçu le pc je n'ai pas utiliser les CD fournis avec et la je les ai plus tu pense ca viens de ca ?

Salut donc le truc des températures le chiffre du haut est entre 20 et 30 et celui du bas 50 et 70 genre 68 max
La je réinstalle les pilotes graphiques et le problèmes était déjà des le debut donc pas kapersky je pense, je n'ai pas mis les CD fournis avec le pc au premier lancement esse que cela Vien de cet oubli ? -
