bonsoir à tous
voilà, j'ai un problème avec windows xp, je pense famillial . Quand je clique sur l'icône poste de travail ou mes documents, il m'ouvre le fenêtre de recherche. Quand je fais un clique droit je n'obtiens pas l'option ouvrir ou parcourir, mais rechercher. Plus moyens non plus d'ouvrir le panneau de config. Quand je clique dessus, on me propose de créer un raccourci. Je n'y comprends plus rien. J'ai vu que des mises à jour avaient été faites le 21/08/2007. Je me demande si ça ne viendrait pas de ça. Est-ce que quelqu'un a déjà eu ce problème, et si oui, comment le corriger. Merci de vos réponses. Dès demain je vais essayer de desinstaller les dernières mises à jour du 21/08.

oui, je sais vaguement utiliser hijackthis. Mais comme ce n'est pas sur ce pc, il faudrait que je le télécharge.
Niveau virus, j'ai déjà fait plusieurs analyses avec norton (oui je sais, une passoire) et une autre avec antivirus gard qui semble meilleur. J'avais l'intention de faire demain une analyse en ligne qui me semble l'option la plus efficace.
Tu ne penses pas que ça peut venir de la mise à jour de windows ? Le pc fonctionnait très bien avant que mon fils parte en vacances. Il est resté éteint pendant 15 jours, et au rallumage voilà qu'il pête les plombs. Et comme par hasar, les mise à jour sont du 21/08. Curieux non ?
Sinon, redonne moi l'adresse et le protocole pour hijackthis, si ça peut aider je posterai le rapport.

Je vois mal comment une mise à jour windows pourrait créer un tel problème...

bon j'ai essayé de faire un scan en ligne avec bitdefender, mais il me dit qu'il ne peut pas charger le scan. Donc là, je suis bloquée. J'espère que ça ne va pas nous embêter pour la suite.

non, anti vir ne détecte rien sur mon pc. Il me disait qu'il y avait 8 messages d'alerte, mais je n'ai pas pu les voir. Par contre, j'ai réussi à contourner bitdefender en ligne. J'ai téléchargé une version d'evaluation, et l'analyse est en cours. Pour l'instant un objet infecté que je viens de supprimer.

Dans hijackthis tu fais un scan, tu coches ces deux lignes, et tu cliques sur "fix checked" en bas...
Bitdefender est pas mal espérons que ça trouve quelquechose!
Vire les lignes sur hijackthis, finis ton analyse, corrige les erreurs, redémarre, et reviens nous dire ou t'en es!

bon, je n'ai pas pu faire les manips car après un scandisk complet, plus possible de faire quoi que ce soit en mode normal.
En mode sans echec j'arrivais à ouvrir des fichiers, mais en normal, rien à faire. Je l'ai donc apporté à un réparateur sur besançon. Je viens de l'appeler et il me dit que la carte mère est presque explosée et que la carte video (ou graphique, je ne sais plus) est morte aussi. Je ne comprends par bien le rapport, c'est pourquoi je me permet de te demander si tu vois un rapport entre les deux. Si la carte mère était morte, je pense que le pc ne s'allumerait plus et qu'il ne fonctionnerait pas, même en mode sans echec. Qu'en penses-tu ? Me trompe-je ? ou est-ce que le réparateur essaie de m'arnaquer ?

Heu... je pense qu'en cas de désespoir, avant de faire changer le matériel il vaut mieux essayer de reformater et réinstaller windows... je vois pas comment une carte mère peut etre "presque explosée", et en effet jvois pas le rapport avec ton problème de bureau...
Je propose qu'on attende d'autres avis pour voir ce qu'en pensent les autres,je vote pour l'arnaque!
