Hello,

I have a problem with my printer.
Since it wouldn't print, I turned it off via the ON/OFF button. Now it doesn't work anymore. It won't turn on.

While searching online, I found a "solution". Unplug it, wait a few minutes, then plug it back in while holding the ON/OFF button.

Indeed, it does turn back on, but displays a message: "Shutdown in progress, all functions will be disabled." And it turns off again.

Do you have a solution?

    Well, in the end, I think I've found the solution.

    I left the printer unplugged for a long time, I'd say a good hour.

    Then I pressed the ON/OFF button while turning it back on and didn't let go while it was starting up.

    A message appeared saying "No station ID". I closed that message. And it seems to be working properly.

    However, I need to redo all the date and time settings.
