Reinstalling Android KitKat 4.4.2 System

Hello,
Due to a mishap, I lost the touch keys on my Android KitKat 4.4.2 tablet along with many other functions. I would like to know if it is possible to reinstall my current version 4.4.2 or higher. I am rooted. Thank you in advance for all that you do to help people.

Hello,I have been absent from the site for quite a while due to life's circumstances, but my tablet problem is still current. I checked online and on the official KitKat site for the ROM, but I am a novice in this area and I'm afraid of messing things up. thank you for your reply, I was on needrom but I couldn't find the model of my KitKat 4.4.2 tablet and I'm not familiar with ROM, for example something that would be compatible with my tablet. If you can help me, I'd appreciate it. Thank you anyway.

I feel like you're not responding correctly. We need the BRAND and the MODEL... for example, Samsung Galaxy Tab SM-T805 or something else. A ROM is not just Android 4.4 or so on... in my opinion, you bought a low-end tablet and you can't root it if you don't have the original ROM, a way to flash it, then a recovery, etc. That's something to check beforehand... so change your tablet for a supported brand.
