Hello everyone,

Yesterday morning I decided to subscribe for 3 months (€7.99) to get a second number on my mobile; with the OnOff application that I already had when it was free.

I paid with my mobile credit card, and an hour later I received a text from Orange: "Orange info: as per your request, the portability of number 0608****** will be carried out on 15/04/2017 between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Worried, I called Orange.
Response: you will no longer be with us and therefore: no more internet, no more mobile linked to the account, no more Orange TV, etc....

I asked them how to proceed to cancel this portability!
Response: check with OnOff Telecom as they are the only ones who can stop this process.
Big panic. I spent my afternoon looking for solutions to stay with Orange (35 years with them).
The only way to contact OnOff Telecom is by email and no one responds to my multiple inquiries.
Orange gave me a number that I managed to extract from them, but there is no answer!
The worst part of this mess is that I haven't received a payment notice or my new number from OnOff.

I've therefore started to block the payment.
But I dread April 15th when the consequences will be enormous for my household!

Here's an example of the many emails I've been able to send:
Hello,
I accidentally subscribed to your offer for 3 months at €7.99 this morning.
I would like to cancel this portability since I will no longer be with Orange (which I do not wish) as of April 15th.
I received a text from Orange specifying that I would no longer be with them starting on the 15th.
This means I will lose my landline, internet, my two mobiles, and TV.
This has serious consequences for my family.
I haven't even received a payment notice or my OnOff phone number.
The only number I can give you is 0683*******(partially removed), that of my current mobile.
Thank you for canceling any portability.
Also, please contact me at 0555****** or 0683******.
Sincerely,

What can be my recourse to avoid all these chain problems because of this damn €7.99 app that is ruining the atmosphere at home?

Thank you all for your responses.

Thank you, Sergio.
I won't hide from you that I've read, seen, and reread all of this.
I even called the economic department of the French embassy in Tallinn.

Orange has worked long hours to save my internet, TV, and landline.
I really tip my hat to the guy from Orange; he called me back 4 or 5 times to update me on the progress of his efforts to save my subscription.
However, on the 15th, I will lose my Orange operator only for my mobile; and on Orange's advice, I need to submit a new portability request to them along with a RIO code request to re-associate my mobile with all my Orange installations.
It's not simple at all, it's a real spiral.
