Hello,
I have an MSI GT72S 6QE Dominator Pro G running Windows 10 that I bought about 7 months ago with an integrated Steelseries keyboard, and recently, the G, F keys and the space bar have stopped working, or at least, they work when they feel like it. I'm starting to think the problem is hardware-related because aside from the space bar, these keys are not used as much compared to E, R, and T. Additionally, when I restart the computer, it works perfectly, but 3 minutes later, the same issue occurs.
I've tried adjusting settings through the Steelseries app, and the app doesn't even detect the pressure on these keys. I even updated the software, but to no avail.
I also checked the accessibility options, and no, the filter keys are not activated.
I suspect there's a conflict between a program and my keyboard, or perhaps a nasty virus. Let me know what you think before I send it back under warranty for no reason, thanks.

Hello,
it's a Windows update that is messing with your keyboard, so.. go here:
http://drivers.synaptics.com/Synaptics_v19_0_19_1__C__x86-x64__Win10__Signed__MS_Win10_UXUI_PS2_SMbus.zip
click on the "save" button at the bottom of the screen
IF you don't have a "zipper/unzipper," download 7ZIP.. choose the 32 or 64-bit version depending on your system: https://www.7-zip.org/
Install 7ZIP
go to your "downloads" folder
Unzip the "synaptic" file
a folder will appear.. open it.. double click on the "setup.exe" file to install the driver .. everything should be back in order.
Have a nice day

Sadly, it's already not easy to troubleshoot a system that "works" remotely, so imagine the work it takes to help you.
Understand that OPEN OFFICE works perfectly well and the problem comes from your PC, but figuring out where the "bug" is coming from is mission impossible.

Re...
Try it this way... delete the setup... restart... install the setup I indicated... restart... let me know if the problem persists.

Here is the page for your drivers.
First, choose your operating system
https://fr.msi.com/Laptop/support/GT72S-6QE-Dominator-Pro-G.html#down-driver&Win10 64
Then, you have all the necessary drivers at hand... prioritize the "touchpad" one

All the more reason, if the PC is under warranty, don't hesitate.
Have a good evening
