New keyboard: Keys not working...

Hello,
Here is my problem, I just bought a new keyboard on Amazon "Empire Gaming K600" and while testing it, I noticed that the keys "y;u;i;o;p;^;$;* and 7;8;9; from the numeric keypad" were not working.
A few minutes later, the keys "y;u;i;o" started working for no reason (as I did nothing to fix the problem). So my keys "p;^;$;*;7;8;9" are still not working.
So I went to the Control Panel, then to the "Keyboard" section and "Check the status of the keyboard", in this section I found 3 "PIH peripheral keyboards" and all 3 "are working properly".
So I don't know if it's a malfunction of the product during production and if I need to return it to Amazon for a replacement or if it's due to a setting or my configuration...
I'm on a desktop PC for your information.
Here is the product link:https://www.amazon.fr/EMPIRE-GAMING-SEMI-MECANIQUE-ANTI-GHOSTING-RETRO-ECLAIRAGE/dp/B073QRT373/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_pdt_img_sims?ie=UTF8
Thanks.

    Hello,

In the comments for the Amazon product, it says that someone had the same issue as you, but with different keys.

In your place, I would reach out to the brand's support and also to Amazon. It might be a defective product, and I encourage you to request a new one.

    Good luck.
