My keyboard keys are not working anymore.

Hello,

Some keys on my numeric keypad (./+2) are not working anymore, my keyboard is new so that’s not the issue.

What could be the problem and the solution?

    Hello,

    Try the following manipulation:
    • Open the Device Manager
    • Under "Keyboard," right-click on your keyboard and then click on "Uninstall"
    • Finally, restart to have it recognize and reinstall the keyboard driver


    I had a similar problem and this worked for me!
