Hello/Good evening,
Recently, I turned on my PC and quickly noticed that the left control key is no longer working, and the caps lock key isn't either...
The problem occurred at the same time for both; the "lock/unlock" light for the caps lock doesn't turn on when activated.
I don't know if there is a link between the two.
I should mention that I previously had problems, a while ago, with the FN key, which changed all my keyboard keys (after I spilled some coke on it), the right side of the azerty keyboard was typing the keys of the numeric keypad:
i = 5, o = 6, u = 4, etc.
But that problem has already been resolved.
That's all I can contribute on my end, thank you.

Hello, first check in your BIOS that the Num Lock keys are enabled at startup.
Then it gets a bit trickier, you need to go to your device manager and see what it recognizes as your keyboard, for example, 98 keys instead of 102, set the parameter to 102 keys, make sure the language is set to FR, as this can be important, since an AZERTY keyboard and a QWERTY keyboard are not arranged or recognized the same way.
Best regards.
