Special character keys no longer function.

Hello everyone.
I have a keyboard problem concerning the keys 1 to 0 including special characters, accents, and others. These keys are no longer responding. It is probably a keyboard shortcut, but I'm stuck.
Does anyone have an idea?
To avoid spelling mistakes, I used the spell checker.

    Hello.

    Are you referring to the keys at the top of the keyboard?
    And they don't respond in either lowercase or uppercase ?
    A keyboard shortcut would only affect one key, not twelve at once...
    Have you recently downloaded any software or a game?
    Did you accept an update for your system?
    Did you lend your computer to someone?
    Has any object or liquid entered your keyboard?

      Hello and thank you for your reply.
      Yes, it is indeed those keys in lowercase or uppercase.
      I haven't done any of that. No updates or installations, no liquid. I don't see what could have happened.

    It seems that uninstalling/reinstalling the keyboard fixes the issue.
    Problem resolved.
