Bluetooth crackling issue on headphones

Good evening

I recently bought the Bose On-Ear headphones from ldlc, I received it today and I was very happy to open it and test it directly on my phone. It works perfectly with good sound quality, but I am facing a rather annoying problem. Indeed, when I connect the headphones via Bluetooth directly to my phone and adjust the volume, I hear a slight crackling, which is still noticeable even with music playing. I want to clarify that this only happens when I adjust the volume.

Thank you

    Good evening,
Is the volume adjustment done by +/- buttons or by a rotary knob?
If it's by a rotary knob, it's the potentiometer that "crackles" a bit, and that’s not normal for a new headset.
Otherwise, try the headset on a PC.
If the problem persists, make use of the warranty.
    Best regards

The volume can be adjusted using the button on the headset or directly via the phone; I think I'm going to send it back for warranty service.

I specify that this only happens via Bluetooth and that I don't have this issue with the jack cable.
