Always the same document coming back... Solved

Good evening.
Help! I can't stop printing a document: pages keep coming out as soon as I turn the printer back on. I turned off and unplugged the printer
for 24 hours, but it didn't change anything! Unfortunately!
I’m counting on you to help me by explaining clearly and very simply with everyday language without technical and computer terms..... I'm a novice at this!

Good evening, look at the bottom right, you will have a printer icon or click on the little arrow. As soon as you find it, right-click on it and see, I don't remember exactly, there should be something like "documents pending" and you can delete them. Keep me posted.

Thank you for your response. As soon as I tried to implement it, there was no result: it's always the same document that keeps coming back! Indeed, it clearly says "documents pending." How do I delete them? Furthermore, at first, there were "3 documents pending," the printer said, and after several copies, it stated "5 documents"!!!!!!......
