Hello,
I have a strange problem,
for the past 3 days my printer keeps printing the same document. I start a print job and it always prints a document I printed 3 days ago. What could be the cause, please? It’s a Canon laser MP5730.
Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 6.0

Maybe the time when you wanted to print that document, the printer didn't respond right away, so you sent multiple print requests... and now they're coming through dribs and drabs... to be sure, go to Control Panel, then to "Printers and Other Devices," and finally click on "View Installed Printers..." and you will double-click on the printer you installed, and if it's what I think, there will be a list of documents pending printing or something like that... if not, it will be empty; in which case, I won't be able to answer you right away.
