No sound, icon with red cross.

The speakers are part of the PC; unless you desolder the wires, it's impossible to disconnect them. In any case, if there is a red cross in front of the sound icon, it means that the issue comes from the system and not the hardware. Thank you for your attempt to help me.

Unzip it
Go to the folder of the unzipped driver
Run the setup.exe
