Hello,
To set up my PC using Wifi via the D-Link adapter, after launching the installation CD, this message appears: "User Account Control. An administrator has denied you the execution of this application. For more information, please contact the administrator." I am the only user and owner of this PC. Thank you for reading and I would appreciate your assistance.
Configuration: Windows 10/ Firefox 51.0 4GB of RAM

Hello,
The message means that even if you are the only user of the account, your user permission is only in Standard mode.
Check that this is the case, and then switch to Administrator mode: press the WINDOWS + R keys, type the command control panel in the window that opens.
Go to User Accounts --> User Accounts --> Change your account type
There, if it’s not already done, check the Administrator box, then confirm by clicking on Change Account Type.
Does it work?

My problem is more serious, I am on MacOS, and all my attempts have been in vain, and on top of that I am deaf, which prevents me from calling the numbers indicated in the Apple support.
Thank you for your help, maybe I will succeed by reinstalling MacOS...
Best regards

There, you're posting your request in a question from 2017.... regarding Windows 10... which is off-topic... and there's little chance that Mac experts will read you...
Hello,
I tried to change the account type, but the "change account type" checkbox grays out when I select "administrator."
