Administrator account issues

Hello, I can no longer accept the User Account Control (administrator), it tells me "To continue, type an administrator password, and then click Yes." except the bar to enter the password doesn’t appear and the Yes button is grayed out so I cannot click on it. I also tried restarting in safe mode but when I click on Settings > Update and Security > Recovery Advanced startup, upon restarting the only option it offers me is to turn off my PC. I also tried to activate the hidden administrator account but without being able to run the command prompt as administrator, I can’t do anything. Thank you for your help.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 49.0.2623.87

Can you start in safe mode like this
    Settings
    Update & Security
    Recovery
Under Advanced Startup, select Restart now.
After your computer restarts, on the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
    Choose F4 (Safe Mode)
    Let Windows load
Once on the desktop, right-click the Start button or press Windows key + X
    Control Panel
    User Accounts
    Change your account type
    Check the Administrator box

No, because the only option it offers me is to turn off the PC.

I finally solved my problem by pretending I wanted to reinstall Windows, and the reset option appeared. Thank you for your help ;)

It's not working, I still have to accept but since we can't, well the problem remains the same, I'm stuck and I want to reinstall Windows, I can't take it anymore.
