Remove a hidden installation in progress

Hello,

I’m trying to install software on my computer (running Windows 10). I didn’t have any issues with the download, but when I try to install it, I can’t. A message appears saying "Another installation is in progress. Please complete that installation before proceeding with this installation." I tried looking in the Task Manager, but nothing works.

I hope someone has a solution,

    I had the same issue.
    -Open Task Manager
    -In the processes, look for "Windows Installer"
    -Right-click, End Task
    You can now install your software.

      It works. Moreover, when you install your software, you receive the answer regarding the application that was running and blocking the installation.
