DVD on Freebox Revolution

Hello,
I can no longer read DVDs on my Freebox player, it's quite strange that in 2017 we have this kind of problem, and I've seen that I'm not the only one. I remember having trouble last time, but blowing hard into the slot worked (I had already searched on the forums). Now it doesn't work anymore, impossible to read the DVDs and they are not burned (I was gifted the Game of Thrones box set).
Is there a trick? Thanks

According to other Free subscribers, all the boxes are affected; if I change it, I will have the same problem. What I'm asking for is a trick like blowing into it, etc... Thank you
(I am going to switch operators, but since I will be moving during the year, I want to make the change at the same time.)
