CD playback impossible on Freebox Revolution

Hello,
I've had this freebox for over a year but had never tried to listen to a CD: I attempted it today but without success: I insert the CD and it responds "no disc". Thank you for your help.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 47.0.2526.106

    if it's about CD/DVD Blu-ray, are you properly connected via HDMI? (it's necessary)
    otherwise, contact Free (3244) for a possible exchange of the player after usual checks

      Thank you but the exchange has been made and exactly the same, the player won't turn on after swallowing the CD! I'm fed up!
