Hello,

I'm reaching out because I have a problem with my children's tablet, and since I'm not very tech-savvy, I don't know what to do.

We bought them the small "Kidspad 4" tablet from Videojet,

and everything was fine until last week when, by mistake, instead of turning off the tablet, it was rebooted.

Since then, well, we've lost everything, the home page is blank, we can't access the "parent's corner," and there's no reset button or anything.

In short, I'm completely lost and can't find any solution online; you are my last hope.

I hope you have a tip or solution to offer me,

    Hello

    try this in two steps if necessary because you say you are in reboot now, so a simple press of the power button to confirm and it should restart in principle..

    make sure the battery is fully charged obviously

    reboot now quits system recovery and reboot, press the power button to confirm

    otherwise for a hard reset

    - Factory reset: press volume - (volume down) to select, press power to confirm
    then press volume - to select Yes-delete all user data, then power to confirm
    once finished the screen displays.... "data wipe complete" press power to reboot

    give it a try otherwise I don’t see anything else

      thank you for your reply, and I'm sorry I can only see it.
      So the tablet starts up, that's fine, but I still can't access the menus.
      I tried what you told me with the volume button, etc., but nothing happens, apart from the volume going down, but nothing more!!!!
      I must have missed something, oh and it's probably that, I don't see a reset or hard reset button?? I'm sorry, I'm not good at this.
