tutorial to upgrade Android version 4.0.4 to 4.2.2

Hello,
After my first message on this subject, I have not received any proposals. I have a gt-s7562 duo running version 4.0.4 which has become obsolete and would like a tutorial for Galaxy S DUOS S7562 with Jellybean 4.2.2 Android along with a download link that I cannot find after my modest search on the net.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 71.0.3578.80

is your phone rooted even though it’s outdated? and why do you want to install 4.2 when many apps are becoming incompatible with older Android versions? can’t you afford to change your phone since yours is from 2012? so please close a topic to avoid duplicates that cause confusion. thank you.

Exactly @online,

You would need to be able to install Android 5 or 6 at a minimum.

If you're really looking to install apps, I suppose that going outside of the Google Play Store, it's still possible to find the old versions that were offered by the Google Play Store in 2014.
