Hello,
I no longer have the app referenced above and it's causing me some issues (message: system error MSOXMLED.EXE). Could you tell me how to reload it? Is this a Windows issue or perhaps Internet Explorer???? Or something else that I might not know about?
Thank you for any advice you can provide on this matter.
Best regards.

Hello,
Download the DLL here
Copy/paste the DLL into:
C:\Windows\System32
and
C:\Windows\SysWOW64
If the key is already there, confirm to replace it with YES
Restart the PC
If the problem persists
Right-click on the Start button --> command prompt (admin)
Copy/paste
appvisvsubsystems64.dll regsvr32
Then press the keyboard Enter
- Sometimes this error can come from an application in the Microsoft Office suite or an application for opening documents like Excel or Word
Another solution
Repair the faulty program
Control panel --> programs --> uninstall a program
Right-click on the program --> uninstall --> repair
or directly --> repair

I believe you have helped me out for the second time and I thank you for that.
I followed your instructions (copy/paste dll into system32 and then syswow64). The copying went very well; now I'm waiting to see if my problem is resolved this time. If not, I will continue with your recommendations which I will keep "on hand". At that point, I will reach out to you to share the results.
Thank you once again. I confirm the repair and take this opportunity to wish you an Excellent New Year for 2017.
Best regards.
