Remove Web Bar

Hello,
I have been using Windows 10 for a while now and I am not very familiar with it yet. Yesterday, while downloading a game from the internet, a bar appeared at the top of my screen. Here is the picture:

Finally, I would like to get rid of it but I don't know how. Thank you in advance.

    Good evening,
    Clean up with ADWcleaner:
    Download and save it to the desktop ADWcleaner
    - Open ADWcleaner
    - The ADWcleaner window opens, click on Scan, once the scan is complete, if infections have been found, click on Clean
    - After the cleaning is finished, you will need to restart your computer
    - Upon restarting the computer, the ADWcleaner removal report will appear on the screen, post it on https://www.cjoint.com/, here is the tutorial: https://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/29493-utiliser-cjoint-pour-heberger-des-fichiers

      I saw the scan report before you deleted it. Web Bar was indeed detected, so the bar that was causing you problems should no longer be present after the cleanup.
