Hey!
I'm asking for your help with a problem with my new PC that I built myself! The fact is that Windows Update can't find any updates...
It's stuck in a loop "searching for updates" for hours without finding anything...
I then installed the Microsoft application "Windows Diagnostic" which found many errors that were corrected except for 2: 0x80070003 and this one: "recent update installation issues"
Thank you for your help, I've tried everything I know!

It's probably Windows Update that's overloaded and it doesn't necessarily come from your computer's speed.
Try this weekend.
