Hello,
For a few days, I haven't been able to access my YouTube videos when I turn on my 4G; it says "please check your network connection." However, when I go on the internet or Facebook, everything is very smooth and I have no issue. The same goes for the Play Store: impossible to download an app because the loading (before installation) is endless.
I've only used 200 MB of 4G out of 20 GB monthly...
I have tried:
- uninstalling/reinstalling the YouTube updates
- restarting my phone
- clearing the cache of Google Services, YouTube, Play Store
- uninstalling/reinstalling YouTube
- updating all Google services (Play Books, Play Music, etc.)
- checking my mobile data settings (permissions, etc.)...
I should also mention that I have no issues on Wi-Fi...
I'm not a pro, maybe I've missed something in the settings... (I have a Honor 5X just in case)
Thanks in advance!

Hello
which operator are you with?
for example, with Free, check on your MOBILE account that 4G is enabled
it might be a signal reception issue
even if the device detects 4G, the signal may be too weak to download, in which case you should force 3G
it's better to have a good 3G than an unstable 4G
some applications require WiFi
try to connect to WiFi preferably on a strong and stable signal, the best is that of your router

I am with Bouygues and I have an option that means when my 4G consumption is exhausted, any excess is charged and not throttled. So I don't think that's related to it :(
Afterward, my Wi-Fi works very well, that's not the problem, but I would like to be able to watch YouTube videos on 4G outside of my home, for example, and what I don’t understand is that my boyfriend, who has the same plan, has no issues at all.
Hello, it's the same for me, I'm with Bouygues and I don't exceed the 40GB I have, I'm always on Wi-Fi and as soon as I go out and want to use YouTube in the car, it just keeps buffering and only works on Wi-Fi.
I still haven't found a solution, tomorrow I'm going to try calling Bouygues to understand.
If you happen to have any information...
