Hello,
I've got a Samsung CLP 325 laser printer. When I tried to install it to print a file, the printer doesn't respond. When I go to settings and then to troubleshoot, it says "USB printing support may not work properly on USB 3.0." What does that mean? How can I print? Additionally, a red light is showing up and I don't know what that means.
Thank you for your help.
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 55.0.2883.87

Hello,
So, to start with, know that there are currently 2 USB standards:
USB 2 (standard) with a black connector
USB 3 (faster) with a blue connector
Regarding the color of the connectors, some USB3 connectors can also be black because not all manufacturers have standardized the color yet.
In any case, in your case, if the printer is connected to a USB3 port, that's why it's not being recognized.
Try all the USB ports on the PC because generally some are USB3 and others are USB2 (that's the one you need to connect the printer to).
Tip: check if the inside of the port is blue or black. If the port is blue, that's not good, try another port.
There you go, have a good day.

So the problem is that I can't download the user guide from the manufacturer's site, here is the link:

Do you have the printer documentation?

What operating system is installed on the PC: Windows 10 or Windows 8.1??
I need this information to guide you further.
