Epson XP-325 black not printing and colors are different

Hello,
I bought an Epson XP 325 printer from a third party. After replacing all the empty cartridges with cheaper ones, the colors are not printing correctly (green prints as blue and an impression of pink instead of red) and the black doesn't print at all. I've done quite a bit of head cleaning, alignment, and nozzle checks (only magenta and blue appear) and it hasn't changed anything.
I don't know anything about printers and the person I bought the printer from refuses to respond to me. Could you help me?

Your yellow cartridge is not working properly (you need yellow to make green and red)...
It could be the cartridge or the print head...
Check that the connection between the printer and the cartridge is secure.
If there is an air intake, the print head cleanings will allow air to enter and it will be useless... except to clog the print head due to the drying of the remaining ink.
