Samsung CLP 325 printing issue

Hello,
I've got a Samsung CLP 325 laser printer. When I tried to install it to print a file, the printer doesn't respond. When I go to settings and then to troubleshoot, it says "USB printing support may not work properly on USB 3.0." What does that mean? How can I print? Additionally, a red light is showing up and I don't know what that means.

Thank you for your help.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 55.0.2883.87

Hello,
So, to start with, know that there are currently 2 USB standards:
USB 2 (standard) with a black connector
USB 3 (faster) with a blue connector
Regarding the color of the connectors, some USB3 connectors can also be black because not all manufacturers have standardized the color yet.
In any case, in your case, if the printer is connected to a USB3 port, that's why it's not being recognized.
Try all the USB ports on the PC because generally some are USB3 and others are USB2 (that's the one you need to connect the printer to).
Tip: check if the inside of the port is blue or black. If the port is blue, that's not good, try another port.
There you go, have a good day.

Once the printer is recognized, let us know if the red light is still on.

First of all, thank you for your help. I tried with the 3 USB ports of my computer. At one point, in the troubleshooter window, it indicated "fixed" when I plugged into one of the USBs. However, I tried to start a print but it still doesn't work and the red light on the printer is still on...

Well, the fact that the connection problem is "fixed" does not mean that the printer driver is installed.
What operating system is installed on the PC: Windows 10 or Windows 8.1??
I need this information to guide you further.

Okay, give me some time to search for the driver.

Well, apparently there is no driver for Windows 10, which means that the printer is automatically recognized by the system.
Go to the "Start" menu, click on "Settings" then "Devices" and let me know if you see the printer.

So the problem is that I can't download the user guide from the manufacturer's site, here is the link:

Do you have the printer documentation?

I can open the user manual.
No, I just got the printer, no manual.

Well, if you can open the guide, it's all good because I can't do it myself.
So, in this guide you need to look for what the light indicates and how to fix the problem.
There you go, I can't help you more.

They simply say, "Turn the device on/off. If the problem persists, contact a maintenance technician."

Is there a reset or "resume job" button on the printer?

It could be a toner issue: is the cartridge not empty?
To find out, you need to take apart the cartridge, shake it, and then put it back in place.
If there is some toner left, it should print before everything stops again.
