Hello,
Right now, to unlock my phone, I have to enter a password. When I go to my settings to set it to "none," I can't click on it because the option is grayed out, and the same goes for "slide..." What can I do?

Hello, this is what I did but the problem is that I can't click on "NONE", the box appears blank/greyed out telling me that this mode has been disabled by the administrator, the encryption policy or the usage data storage.

you should have told us right away.. either you have an antivirus or something else, or you activated this mode yourself.. try going to

Settings > Security > Device Administrators > uncheck everything

      • Settings > Security > Tap on "Clear credentials"
