Unlock code after reboot

They are funny at Huawei, but if you are like me, we are really in deep trouble.

1°) What do we do about the code after locking it, since I didn't create any code?

2°) When you do "long press on power + (at the same time) volume up" until it turns off and vibrates, stop pressing the power button but keep pressing the volume up. Then, when you see the screen "download.... or reboot or shutdown," you can stop holding the volume up.

The best thing is to press on download..... but then there is a problem.... the phone is unable to connect to their server (even though your connection is good, with the correct code).

now I can access my phone

I was wondering how much they would charge me €€ and I had a funny surprise

so I walk into the shop, and they ask if I have the receipt, I thought it was the one I had in my BB account, but no

since I wanted to leave with my unlocked Huawei, I told them frankly "look, I don’t want to leave without my phone, (especially since Douai to Lille is 30 minutes by train (not that I have time for that)), so do what you have to do and we don't care about the warranty (knowing it was just a software issue, I played it all or nothing)

so they do the manipulations and at the end I ask them "how much is it??", they reply "nothing sir, if I charge you for just a software issue, that would be a bit unfair" (it took them 10 minutes to unlock the phone)

so I have some leads for those who are still having trouble with their Huawei (or other brands with the same issue, but here we are talking about Huawei)
