Hello,
I just encrypted my Galaxy S5 mini running Android 5 and set a password. The problem is, I can't unlock it. I remember the password well, but it doesn't work.
I tried:
- restarting it
- trying other passwords (in case there was a typo, but making the same mistake twice is pretty unlikely).
I hope someone will have a solution. I'm ready to restore my smartphone, but I'd like to back up my data first.
