Return to Showroom Privé via Mondial Relay

Hello,

I would like to return an order from Showroom Privé for a refund.

I have a question about the type of return to be made via Mondial Relay.

Should I return the items in the packaging that had my delivery address on it, or should I send them back in a cardboard box? Because I've never used MR for a shipment.

Of course, I made sure that the items are in their original packaging as they were upon receipt.

In my opinion, it's better to ask Showroom directly; that way, you'll avoid wasting time and missing the deadlines...

We are still waiting for the return address since the official one from SRP can't be entered on the Mondial Relay website!!! Is it that complicated to give it????

this address is POSTAL and does not correspond in ANY way to a relay point
in fact, the RETURN of a showroomprive package to a relay point is IMPOSSIBLE
it's about time to inform the customers
the only option = La Poste or the prepaid Showroom label (6.50€!)

They will never give it, since the return via relay is IMPOSSIBLE, but they would never say so!
