Hello, I live in Belgium and would like to return an item purchased from Showroomprivé. The problem is that the return address (in Belgium) indicated on the return slip generated on the site is not accepted during the encoding neither by Mondial Relay nor by Bpost (Belgian Post). I assume this is due to the postal code not being a locality but a sorting center. What should I do?

Absolutely, try encoding this destination address on www.bpost.be or MondialRelay, you will see that it doesn't work. I wonder if it's intentional. One of my colleagues at work says she had the same issue, sent her return via UPS and it never arrived. She lost €150, and there was no gesture from Showroom privé. She stopped ordering from them. Now, I'm wondering what I'm going to do... Luckily, I only have one item, and it's not expensive.
