Hello,
I have a desktop computer with Windows 10. This morning my computer was blocked by the Zeus virus code B2957e. In the warning window, I am asked to contact Windows technical support at 0975185351. But honestly, I don't trust it! Have you ever used this number? Or how can I get rid of this virus?
Thank you for your help (quickly, I hope!)
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 42.0.2311.135

Hello,
This is a message about a telephone support scam that aims to make you believe that your PC is infected, prompting you to call a support line....
The purpose of this support is to reassure you that your computer is infected, which will lead you to purchase software at high prices, often ending up around 200 euros.
These messages that attempt to block the web browser and indicate that the PC is infected come from ads on illegal streaming/torrent sites.
This can also happen through phone campaigns, where you receive a call from a technician posing as Microsoft.
Your computer is not infected.
For your information, Facebook, for example, has managed to spread these fake "zeus virus" messages, see an example in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dmsTaSMnm2E
Please press any key to continue the disinfection...

I experienced the same thing.. I didn't move. BUT about a year ago, after receiving this alert several times, one day I turned on my computer completely blocked by ZEUS. I had asked here how to disable it because my computer still worked from time to time. I was given instructions on how to do it and it worked. I am therefore asking the question again to print the steps as I fear this will happen again.. I had received very good advice. I am eagerly awaiting a response to my question so I can feel more at ease. Have a good evening.
Thank you in advance for your reply.
You close the window and don't take it into account.
