Hello,

On my latest SFR landline invoices I see about twenty outgoing calls to the voicemail number 9999 that appear to be from me. I never called this number. Where does it come from???? How can I fix this problem??? Thank you in advance. I do not call SFR because they are always busy and SFR will not have the answer since they are the source of these 9999 calls that I never dialed. Thank you in advance.

thank you for your response. I have never checked the mailbox, whether by calling 147 or otherwise. Weird

    Hello,
If I go by SFR forums... it would be a (non-billed) call to voicemail...

Hello everyone. In response to your information, I have never done 9999 or 147. I will call SFR tomorrow and I will keep you posted. Have a good day.

Hello. I received your response, but I never dialed 9999 nor 147. When I dialed 147 this morning, a female voice asks me to dial a 10-digit number and finish with the # sign. What number is that? I dialed the number of my fixed SFR box, and the female voice says it is not correct. Also, I cannot perform any consultations (incoming, outgoing, or missed calls) on the Gigaset A 260 handset. I am going to replace this phone with its 3 comp handsets... what do you think? Thanks in advance and have a good Sunday.

Not being a customer of SFR... I already find it odd to have two different ways to check the voicemail of a fixed line

    Via 3103
    or via 147

Usually when you are asked to dial a number it is indeed your own number... In the procedure described via 147, this number is requested only if you are calling from another fixed line than yours and there you are asked for a password, which by default is 0000

Finally regarding the gigaset A260 it does memorize missed calls (last 20) and alerts when there is a message on your operator's voicemail
Message on the screen and screen blinking
See "Journal des appels" on pages 5 and 6 of the manual.
