Hello,
I have an HP Officejet 6700 Premium printer.
When I turn it on, a message and an error code appear on the screen: "Printer or ink system error. Turn the printer off, then back on. If the problem persists, contact HP." (I have of course tried turning it off and back on, to no avail)
Then, another window opens when I click on "OK": "To avoid any issues, use the Enable button to stop the printer. Do not use a power strip or wall switch."
I click on "OK" and then the printer keeps grinding, displaying the first window again. Therefore, I can't print anything.
Thank you for your help!
