Error code e225-0001 i-sensys MF4780 printer

Hello,

I have a problem with my Canon i-Sensys MF4780 printer as it won't start and shows the error code e225-0001. Has anyone encountered this error code before?

    Error e225, my Canon printer and scanner are frozen. Scanner problem. I called Canon support, and they told me that error e225 is major and the printer is finished.

    I looked on Google and Kijiji, I found a private repairman here in Montreal. He came to my house and fixed everything in a few minutes for $50.
